Automatic contacts from web forms

To configure a Web Form to automatically create contacts:

  1. Click the Web Forms button in the side menu.
  2. Click the name of the Web Form in the list view.
  3. Under the General tab, toggle Capture People and Organisations to the on position.
To automatically capture contacts, Convert to Leads must also be enabled.
